Our second visit to the “National” in Burgdorf. I ordered the same Cordon Bleu as last time - the “Lothringer” with ham, bacon and onions. This time there were almost a few too many onions for my taste! The meat was still exquisitely prepared though; definitely a top location for any Cordon Bleu lover.
