I’ve already had fantastic liver at the Linde in the past, this time I tried their Cordon Bleu. Which I almost overlooked in their menu - it’s about as “berndüütsch” as it gets!
Overall very solid. Definitely not dry, almost a tad too much oil left on the meat. Shoutout for the fantastic fries!
