The Schnitzelhouse “Brünnli” in Rüegsauschachen isn’t exactly around the corner - but definitely worth a visit!
We had a bit of bad luck with the weather, sitting outside when all of a sudden the rain stats pouring. Makes no matter, the food was fantastic! I went for the “Cordon Bleu Valais” filled with Fondue Cheese and some Kirsch. The Fondue Cheese was fantastic and certainly something I’ll try more often in the future, the Kirsch however was added a tad too generously for my taste. Still, it was overall a fantastic experience, can recommend!
